Umbrella IT Services is a managed IT, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 provider based in Burnaby. We look after the technology for small and mid-sized organizations across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, from Vancouver to Chilliwack.
Our story
Who we are
Umbrella IT Services was founded and is led by Jake Van Buschbach, with Kelly Massey as CEO. Jake has run security seminars for organizations including the BC Professional Firefighters Association and has spoken about account security on CTV Morning Live.
We work with all kinds of teams: four-person financial firms, bookkeepers, law firms, film production studios, and a long list of nonprofits. Some have never had real IT support before. Others are moving on from a provider who only showed up when something broke. Either way our job is the same, to keep your technology quiet, secure, and out of your way so your people can get on with their work.
